6月30日，湖南通報(bào)違反中央八項(xiàng)規(guī)定精神典型問(wèn)題，其中永州市冷水灘區(qū)政府原黨組成員、副區(qū)長(zhǎng)陳志剛接受可能影響公正執(zhí)行公務(wù)的宴請(qǐng)，違規(guī)收受紅包禮金問(wèn)題。2025年4月29日晚，陳志剛違規(guī)接受管理和服務(wù)對(duì)象安排并支付費(fèi)用的宴請(qǐng)，同時(shí)違規(guī)收受紅包禮金。2025年6月，陳志剛受到黨內(nèi)嚴(yán)重警告處分和免職處理。
