9月3日，據(jù)CRIC數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2025年1-8月房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)集中度持續(xù)提升，TOP10房企新增貨值占百強(qiáng)房企總量的70%，市場格局進(jìn)一步向頭部集中。
從投資力度看，百強(qiáng)房企整體拿地銷售比為0.27，較7月末微降0.01。各梯隊(duì)投資態(tài)度分化明顯：TOP10房企拿地銷售比高達(dá)0.39，顯著高于其他梯隊(duì)；TOP21-30梯隊(duì)為0.17，與其他梯隊(duì)水平基本接近。
數(shù)據(jù)顯示，頭部房企在土地市場繼續(xù)保持積極態(tài)勢，而中小房企投資相對謹(jǐn)慎，行業(yè)分化格局持續(xù)深化。
