9月8日下午，暴雨突襲上海，寶山、崇明等區(qū)降水明顯。16時45分，寶山區(qū)楊行城區(qū)站的小時雨量高達112.5毫米。暴雨導致寶山等地出現(xiàn)明顯積水，網(wǎng)友直呼“開車如開船”。
