美國游戲工作室Voldex宣布收購Roblox上一款很受歡迎的生活模擬游戲《Brookhaven》。據(jù)稱，該游戲月活玩家數(shù)量超過1.2億，此次收購將會使Voldex旗下的Roblox內(nèi)容用戶總數(shù)達到1.45億。
據(jù)介紹，本次收購?fù)ㄟ^Voldex資本重組實現(xiàn)，股權(quán)融資由Raine Partners領(lǐng)投，Makers Fund、QIA、MIT、Tirta Ventures和Lalotte Ventures參投。
Voldex成立于2015年，是一家Minecraft游戲服務(wù)器開發(fā)公司，自2018年起專注于為Roblox進行開發(fā)。該公司擁有約60名員工，開發(fā)了《駕駛帝國》等熱門游戲。與國家橄欖球聯(lián)盟 (NFL) 也有合作運營《NFL Universe Football》等節(jié)目。
