自2025年8月4日起，相關(guān)部門將依照《中華人民共和國土地管理法》《中華人民共和國城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃法》《云南省違法建筑處置規(guī)定》等相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，依法拆除轄區(qū)內(nèi)違法建（構(gòu)）筑物。
