2025年8月3日，北京市人民政府發(fā)布關(guān)于公布無人駕駛航空器管制空域范圍的通告。
根據(jù)《無人駕駛航空器飛行管理暫行條例》第十九條之規(guī)定，現(xiàn)將本市管制空域的具體范圍公布如下：北京市行政區(qū)全域為無人駕駛航空器管制空域。
未經(jīng)空中交通管理機(jī)構(gòu)批準(zhǔn)，不得在管制空域內(nèi)實施無人駕駛航空器飛行活動。
