據(jù)央視新聞消息，當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間8月7日上午，據(jù)韓國聯(lián)合參謀本部消息，韓國軍方于7月31日在漢江下游發(fā)現(xiàn)一名朝鮮人員涉水南下，韓軍隨后對該人員進(jìn)行監(jiān)視并將其控制，隨后已將其移交至有關(guān)部門。韓國軍方表示，朝軍方面并未有異常動(dòng)向。
朝鮮方面對此暫無回應(yīng)。
