9月6日，記者從受害者家長王先生處獲悉，陰某利侵犯通信自由罪案將于11日開庭。2024年9月，14歲女孩小王在河南中牟縣一拓展營遭體罰，送醫(yī)搶救無效離世。案發(fā)前，受害者請求陰某利將寫的信件轉(zhuǎn)給父母接走治病，陰某利擅自將信件予以隱匿，事發(fā)后陰某利因涉嫌侵犯通信自由罪被當?shù)鼐骄辛簟?/p>
