李碧菁 女士Roberta Lipson

李碧菁(Roberta Lipson) 女士是和睦家醫(yī)療（UFH）的創(chuàng)始人，也是新風(fēng)醫(yī)療（New Frontier Health）副主席、中國(guó)美國(guó)商會(huì)名譽(yù)主席、美中貿(mào)易全國(guó)委員會(huì)董事。作為中國(guó)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的先驅(qū)，她擁有40多年的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。1981 年，李碧菁女士與他人共同創(chuàng)辦了和睦家醫(yī)療集團(tuán)的前身美中互利公司（Chindex），將業(yè)務(wù)從中國(guó)頂級(jí)的醫(yī)療設(shè)備分銷(xiāo)公司擴(kuò)展到中國(guó)第一個(gè)也是最大的外資醫(yī)療體系。經(jīng)過(guò)近30年的發(fā)展，和睦家醫(yī)療已經(jīng)建立了包括北京、上海、廣州、天津、青島、海南和深圳的11家醫(yī)院和近20家診所，以及一家為全國(guó)患者服務(wù)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院。和睦家醫(yī)療已經(jīng)成為尋求優(yōu)質(zhì)、個(gè)性化醫(yī)療服務(wù)人士的首選。2016年，《中國(guó)商業(yè)雜志》將和睦家醫(yī)療評(píng)為“中國(guó)最值得信賴(lài)的醫(yī)療品牌”，此后每年都在民營(yíng)醫(yī)院排行榜上名列前茅。

李碧菁女士是北京和華盛頓商界的活躍領(lǐng)袖，目前已是第12年擔(dān)任美中貿(mào)易全國(guó)委員會(huì)董事和審計(jì)委員會(huì)主席，并擔(dān)任中國(guó)美國(guó)商會(huì)名譽(yù)主席、中國(guó)美國(guó)商會(huì)醫(yī)療論壇（AmCham Healthcare Forum）聯(lián)合主席和中國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生項(xiàng)目（HCP）創(chuàng)始主席。她還是和睦家醫(yī)療救助基金會(huì)（UFCH）董事會(huì)主席，以及北京猶太社區(qū)（Kehillat Beijing）的創(chuàng)始人之一。由于在中國(guó)的杰出貢獻(xiàn)，李碧菁女士獲得了 “長(zhǎng)城友誼獎(jiǎng)”，這是北京市政府授予在京外國(guó)專(zhuān)家的最高榮譽(yù)。

Roberta Lipson is the founder of United Family Healthcare (UFH) and the Vice Chair of New Frontier Health, Chair Emeritus of AmCham China and Director of the U.S.-China Business Council. She has over 40 years of experience as a pioneer in the healthcare industry in China. She originally co-founded United Family Healthcare’s predecessor company Chindex in 1981, expanding the business from China’s top medical equipment distribution company into China’s first and largest foreign-invested healthcare system. After over two decades, UFH’s healthcare platform includes 11 hospitals and almost 20 clinics in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao, Hainan and Shenzhen, as well as an internet hospital serving patients nationally. The company has become the provider of choice for those seeking premium, personalized healthcare. United Family Healthcare was rated in 2016 as “The Most Trusted Healthcare Brand of China” by the Chinese Business Journal, and has appeared at the top of private hospital listings every year since.

Ms. Lipson is an active leader in the business community in Beijing and Washington, currently serving for the 12th year as a director and audit committee chair of the U.S. China Business Council, and is Chair Emeritus of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in China (AmCham China), and Co-Chair of the AmCham China Healthcare Forum and founding Chair of the Healthcare China Program (HCP). She also chairs the Board of the United Foundation for China’s Health (UFCH), and is a co-founder of Beijing’s Jewish Community - Kehillat Beijing. Because of her outstanding contribution in China, Roberta Lipson received “The Great Wall Friendship Award”, the highest honor that Beijing government gives to foreign experts in Beijing.

王輝 教授Professor Hui Wang

王輝，北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系副教授，北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策研究所副所長(zhǎng)，光華管理學(xué)院首批“日出東方-光華研究學(xué)者”獲得者，教育部“青年長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者”。2010年獲得加拿大多倫多大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。研究領(lǐng)域涉及產(chǎn)業(yè)組織，勞動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，以及應(yīng)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。其研究論文已發(fā)表在Journal of Political Economy, Rand Journal of Economics, International Economic Review, Journal of Population Economics等國(guó)外一流學(xué)術(shù)期刊上。

Dr. Hui Wang is an Associate Professor of Applied Economics at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is the associate director and research fellow of the Institute of Economic Policy Research of Peking University (IEPR-PKU), a recipient of the inaugural “Rising with the Sun – Guanghua Research Scholar” award, and a “Young Changjiang Scholar” recognized by China’s Ministry of Education.

Dr. Hui Wang holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. His research interests include Industrial organization, Labour economics, Economic development, and Applied econometrics. His research papers have been published in leading international academic journals, including the Journal of Political Economy, Rand Journal of Economics, International Economic Review, and Journal of Population Economics.
