中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表傅聰10月1日在聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)關(guān)于否決權(quán)使用問(wèn)題會(huì)議上發(fā)言說(shuō)，如果不是美國(guó)一再濫用否決權(quán)，安理會(huì)對(duì)加沙危機(jī)的應(yīng)對(duì)不會(huì)如此不盡人意。9月18日美國(guó)再次否決安理會(huì)加沙問(wèn)題決議草案，中方對(duì)此深表失望和遺憾。
