據(jù)組委會數(shù)據(jù)，截至10月2日，本屆中網(wǎng)賽事的門票銷售額已突破8800萬，再創(chuàng)歷史新高。
9月27日，辛納和鄭欽文先后亮相，超4.5萬人涌入國家網(wǎng)球中心，創(chuàng)造單日入場人數(shù)歷史新高。賽期綜合消費已達3356萬元，較去年全賽期2500萬，增長856萬元，漲幅34%。
此外，10月1日，辛納與勒納-錢的男單決賽中，鉆石球場上座率達到97%，現(xiàn)場觀眾人數(shù)達到13041人。
