10月20日，蘋果公司在其系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)頁面上表示，正在調(diào)查導(dǎo)致部分用戶無法訪問Apple TV+和Apple Music的服務(wù)問題。
Downdetector數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至紐約時間凌晨12點02分，Apple TV服務(wù)已報告超11,700起中斷案例，App Store亦收到逾3,080起服務(wù)中斷報告。蘋果公司同時正在調(diào)查影響iCloud存儲升級功能的技術(shù)問題。
