近日，一張旅客用高鐵上的雜志墊腳的照片，引發(fā)網(wǎng)友對(duì)高鐵上不文明行為的討論。8月14日，鐵路12306回應(yīng)，旅客乘坐高鐵時(shí)遇到其他旅客的不文明行為，可以向列車長(zhǎng)反映，不過(guò)工作人員只能勸阻，并沒(méi)有執(zhí)法權(quán)。（封面新聞?dòng)浾?曹菲 編輯 周珂冰）
