據(jù)氣象部門預(yù)報，8月21日至22日，遼寧、四川、云南部分地區(qū)有大雨到暴雨，其中遼寧中部東南部、四川盆地南部、云南東北部局地大暴雨。根據(jù)《國家防汛抗旱應(yīng)急預(yù)案》及有關(guān)規(guī)定，國家防汛抗旱總指揮部8月21日13時針對遼寧、四川、云南啟動防汛四級應(yīng)急響應(yīng)。
