受臺(tái)風(fēng)“樺加沙”影響，9月23日14時(shí)20分，香港天文臺(tái)發(fā)出八號(hào)烈風(fēng)或暴風(fēng)信號(hào)（即“八號(hào)風(fēng)球”）。
香港天文臺(tái)表示，香港近海平面處將普遍遭烈風(fēng)或暴風(fēng)吹襲，持續(xù)風(fēng)速達(dá)每小時(shí)63至117公里，陣風(fēng)可能超過(guò)每小時(shí)180公里，且風(fēng)勢(shì)可能持續(xù)。
