2025年9月29日，湖北省孝感市第七屆人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第三十三次會(huì)議決定：林中麟同志為孝感市人民政府副市長(zhǎng)、代理市長(zhǎng)。

林中麟，男，漢族，1974年9月生，中共黨員，大學(xué)學(xué)歷，公共管理碩士。
他曾任福州市財(cái)政局黨組書記、局長(zhǎng)，福州市副市長(zhǎng)，福州市委常委、副市長(zhǎng)等職。
2023年2月任福建省財(cái)政廳黨組書記、廳長(zhǎng)。
2025年9月任湖北省孝感市委副書記，市政府市長(zhǎng)候選人、黨組書記。
