財聯(lián)社8月8日電，最高人民法院發(fā)布《關(guān)于貫徹落實〈中華人民共和國民營經(jīng)濟促進法〉的指導(dǎo)意見》。其中提出，保障新興產(chǎn)業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。研究起草數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)權(quán)司法保護指導(dǎo)意見，妥善處理數(shù)據(jù)權(quán)益糾紛，推動數(shù)據(jù)要素高效流通和交易。依法審理涉人工智能糾紛案件，支持人工智能依法應(yīng)用，引導(dǎo)人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。
