“雙節(jié)”假期，由于部分鐵路旅客“買短乘長”，導(dǎo)致個別高鐵列車出現(xiàn)了超員預(yù)警、臨時停車的情況。

During the ongoing Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday rush, a Chinese high-speed train was delayed for over an hour after passengers boarded with short-distance tickets but refused to get off at their designated stations.

9月30日，從杭州西站開往呼和浩特東站的G3754次列車，因乘客“買短乘長”，行至張家港站時未及時下車，導(dǎo)致列車超員觸發(fā)警報，在張家港站臨時停車40分鐘，后續(xù)途中又發(fā)生兩次類似情況，最終列車晚點(diǎn)1個多小時。

Train G3754, traveling from Hangzhou West Railway Station to Hohhot East Railway Station, was forced to stop for 40 minutes at Zhangjiagang on Tuesday when several passengers overstayed their tickets. Two similar incidents later occurred en route, compounding the delay.

“買短乘長”是指旅客購買短途車票上車，到達(dá)票面標(biāo)注的到站后不下車而繼續(xù)乘坐該列車的行為。按照《中國國家鐵路集團(tuán)有限公司鐵路旅客運(yùn)輸規(guī)程》規(guī)定，旅客要求越過車票到站繼續(xù)乘車時，須在原車票到站前提出，在有運(yùn)輸能力的情況下列車員可予以辦理，核收越站區(qū)間的票款；無運(yùn)輸能力時，列車有權(quán)拒絕旅客補(bǔ)票和繼續(xù)乘車。

The practice, known as "short-ticket, long-ride", involves passengers purchasing cheaper short-route tickets and staying on the train past their paid destination. According to railway regulations, travelers must apply for an extension before reaching their ticketed stop, subject to available capacity. If trains are full, staff may deny extensions and require passengers to disembark.

國鐵呼和浩特局G3754次列車長斯欽夫表示，高鐵對載客容量的要求非常嚴(yán)格，在客流高峰期，若大量購買短途車票的旅客到站后不下車，會造成車廂人數(shù)超員，不僅會擠占后續(xù)旅客的乘車空間，也會導(dǎo)致正常購票旅客無法上車，而且會嚴(yán)重影響正常運(yùn)輸秩序，危及列車運(yùn)行安全。

鐵路部門建議廣大旅客，按照車票標(biāo)注的車次、日期、區(qū)間、座號有序乘車，切勿“買短乘長”，以免影響列車運(yùn)行安全和秩序，共同維護(hù)良好出行環(huán)境。

國鐵呼和浩特局12306客服中心客服班長張俊霞提醒，中秋國慶假期車票需求量大，旅客可以根據(jù)車票15天預(yù)售期規(guī)則，盡早安排購票時間。如果所需車次或席別無票，可立即使用鐵路12306App的“候補(bǔ)購票”功能，每個用戶可同時提交6個待兌現(xiàn)候補(bǔ)訂單，若直達(dá)車票售罄，可選擇中轉(zhuǎn)換乘、夜間高鐵等方式出行。

The conductor of train G3754 warned that such behavior strains capacity during peak travel, prevents ticketed passengers from boarding, disrupts operations, and poses safety risks. Railway authorities urged passengers to travel according to their ticket information, while the 12306 customer service center advised booking early, using the app's waitlist function, or considering transfers and overnight trains if direct tickets are sold out.
