近日，日本足協(xié)技術(shù)總監(jiān)、58歲的影山雅永在航班上觀看兒童色情影像，被法國法院判處18個月緩刑，并被禁止入境10年。

A senior official of the Japan Football Association (JFA) has been handed a suspended jail term of 18 months in France after he was caught looking at images that show child sex abuse while on a plane.

影山雅永在上周前往智利觀摩U-20世界杯的途中，于巴黎戴高樂機場被逮捕。法國檢方7日透露，影山雅永在乘坐法國航空商務(wù)艙時，被空乘人員發(fā)現(xiàn)用平板觀看兒童色情影像。他當(dāng)時辯稱自己是藝術(shù)家，所觀看的影像是“AI生成”的。

庭審期間，影山雅永承認(rèn)觀看了不當(dāng)影像，稱自己不清楚此舉在法國屬于違法。

Technical director Masanaga Kageyama was detained last week during a stopover at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, French newspaper Le Parisien reported, adding that he later admitted to viewing the images, saying he was not aware it was illegal in France.

He had been using his laptop in a business class cabin of an Air France flight, and when confronted he had claimed that the photos were "art" and AI-generated, Le Parisien reported.

法院以“輸入、持有、記錄或儲存15歲以下未成年人色情影像”的罪名，判處影山雅永18個月有期徒刑、緩期執(zhí)行，并處以5000歐元（約合人民幣4.1萬元）罰款。他還被判處未來10年內(nèi)不得從事與未成年人相關(guān)的工作，同時被禁止入境法國。此外，影山雅永的名字已被列入法國的性犯罪者名單。

On Monday, the court sentenced the 58-year-old to a suspended jail term and a fine of 5,000 euros — along with a 10-year ban on working with minors or returning to France, AFP reported.

作為日本足協(xié)的技術(shù)總監(jiān)，影山雅永負(fù)責(zé)教練員培訓(xùn)和年輕球員培養(yǎng)工作。他曾是日本職業(yè)足球運動員，并執(zhí)教過多支職業(yè)球隊，還曾負(fù)責(zé)日本U-20、U-18和U-19國家隊的管理工作。

在影山雅永被定罪后，日本足協(xié)已于7日宣布解除其技術(shù)總監(jiān)職務(wù)。日本足協(xié)會長宮本恒靖在記者會上強調(diào)：“這是足球界無法接受的行為?！?/p>

The JFA said on Tuesday that his contract would be terminated with immediate effect, adding that the incident was "unacceptable to the football world".
