專(zhuān)家表示，接聽(tīng)電話的都是具有國(guó)家認(rèn)證心理咨詢(xún)資格的心理咨詢(xún)師，不僅要有咨詢(xún)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、社會(huì)閱歷和親和力，還要能聽(tīng)懂上海話，以便更好地服務(wù)上海的老年群體。
