今晨截至7時(shí)，北京南郊觀象臺最低氣溫降至-0.5℃，為立秋后首次跌破冰點(diǎn)。
中國天氣網(wǎng)首席氣象分析師信欣稱，今年北京南郊觀象臺立秋后首次破零的日期與去年下半年一致，較常年明顯提前。預(yù)計(jì)明后天，北京回暖緩慢，最低氣溫仍將不足5℃，需持續(xù)做好保暖措施。
