各位同學(xué)：

根據(jù)學(xué)校校歷安排，今年參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐的研究生暑假時(shí)間為：8月4日至8月31日。不參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐的研究生暑假時(shí)間為：7月14日至8月10日。為確保大家度過一個(gè)平安、愉快的假期，特提醒以下安全注意事項(xiàng)：

一、遵守國家法律法規(guī)、學(xué)校規(guī)章制度及社會(huì)公共道德，遵守校園秩序，自覺展現(xiàn)清華學(xué)子的優(yōu)良風(fēng)貌。

二、服從學(xué)校教學(xué)安排，不提前離?；蛴馄诜敌?/strong>。遇有特殊情況應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定履行相關(guān)請假手續(xù)。

三、深圳國際研究生院是開放的公共場所，請務(wù)必看管好個(gè)人財(cái)物。自行車停放后及時(shí)上鎖。離開自習(xí)座位時(shí)，隨身攜帶電腦、手機(jī)、校園卡等貴重物品，謹(jǐn)防丟失。

四、主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)禁毒知識，筑牢禁毒防線，增強(qiáng)安全意識。警惕毒品可能偽裝成“奶茶”“巧克力” 等常見食品，不嘗試來源不明的物品，堅(jiān)決不接受陌生人提供的香煙、飲料和食品，發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似毒品及時(shí)遠(yuǎn)離并舉報(bào)。

五、對陌生電話、短信（要求輸入銀行卡信息、索取驗(yàn)證碼、轉(zhuǎn)賬匯款、加好友、點(diǎn)擊鏈接、共享屏幕等）務(wù)必高度警惕！特別防范冒充航空公司客服的“退改簽”詐騙、高薪兼職詐騙、刷單返利詐騙、冒充好友詐騙、交友詐騙等。景區(qū)門票、演出票、火車票、機(jī)票等務(wù)必通過官方渠道購買與查詢。

六、外出或離校前，務(wù)必關(guān)窗、鎖門、關(guān)閉電源。學(xué)生公寓內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁使用明火和違章電器。嚴(yán)禁攜帶電動(dòng)車電池進(jìn)入公寓；禁止在公寓內(nèi)停放電動(dòng)車、為電動(dòng)車充電或存放電動(dòng)車電池。嚴(yán)禁留宿他人。

七、拒乘無證無照交通工具。不與陌生人外出，不去未開發(fā)景區(qū)（如野游、爬野山）及人群擁擠處。遠(yuǎn)離危險(xiǎn)水域，勿在無安全保障處戲水游泳。同伴溺水科學(xué)施救并求助，勿盲目下水。參與暑期社會(huì)實(shí)踐的同學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守實(shí)踐紀(jì)律及實(shí)踐單位規(guī)章制度要求，尊重實(shí)踐地風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣，如有意外情況及時(shí)與學(xué)校聯(lián)系。

八、嚴(yán)禁為他人代為報(bào)備或轉(zhuǎn)借、轉(zhuǎn)租入校權(quán)限，嚴(yán)禁為他人提供任何形式的有償報(bào)備進(jìn)校服務(wù)。確保來訪親友身份真實(shí)、關(guān)系屬實(shí)、事由正當(dāng)，共同維護(hù)校園秩序。避免因違規(guī)報(bào)備等違反校規(guī)校紀(jì)的行為而影響個(gè)人長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。

九、合理安排上網(wǎng)時(shí)長，不沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)；不接觸含暴力、色情等不健康內(nèi)容的游戲。注意飲食衛(wèi)生，多參與戶外活動(dòng)。居家時(shí)注意，勿用濕手或濕布觸碰電器，規(guī)范使用燃?xì)?，?yán)禁玩火，不給陌生人開門；如遇火情，立即撥打 119 報(bào)警。

十、時(shí)刻防范身邊安全隱患和可能的不穩(wěn)定因素。發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑情況，立即報(bào)告。祝各位同學(xué)度過一個(gè)平安、充實(shí)、愉快的暑假！

SIGS: Safety Guidelines for Students during the 2025 Summer Vacation

Dear students:

According to the academic calendar, the summer vacation forgraduate students participating in social practicewill be from August 4 to August 31,while those not participating in social practicewill have their vacation from July 14 to August 10. To ensure everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant holiday, please carefully read and follow the safety reminders below:

1. Abide by national laws and regulations, school rules, and social ethics; maintain campus order and uphold the good image of Tsinghua students.

2. Comply with the school’s academic schedule;do not leave early or return late without approval.If special circumstances arise, complete the necessary leave procedures in accordance with student status management policies.

3. Safeguard personal belongings in public spaces; lock bicycles after parking and carry valuables such as laptops, phones, and campus cards when leaving study areas.

4.Learn about drug prevention; avoid contact with suspicious items disguised as food or drink; neveraccept cigarettes, beverages, or snacks from strangers; and report suspected drugs immediately.

5.Stay alertto unfamiliar calls or messages requesting personal information, bank details, verification codes, or screen sharing; beware of scams such as fake airline refunds, high-paying part-time jobs, rebate scams, and online impersonation.Always use official channels to purchase tickets.

6. Ensure all windows are closed, doors are locked, and power is turned off before leaving the dormitory;refrain fromusing open flames or unauthorized electrical appliances; do not bring electric vehicle batteries into dormitories or charge/store electric vehicles inside;do nothost overnight guests.

7. Avoid unlicensed vehicles, outings with strangers, undeveloped scenic areas, and crowded places;stay away from unsafe waters; perform rescues responsibly and seek help if someone is drowning. Students participating in social practice must follow the rules of the host organization and local customs, and contact the school in case of emergency.

8.Refrain fromregistering others for campus access or lending your access credentials;do not providepaid services for campus entry; ensure visitors have genuine identities and valid reasons for entering campus; avoid violations that could affect your personal development.

9.Limit time spent online;avoid unhealthy content such as violent or pornographic games;pay attention to food hygiene; engage in outdoor activities; use electrical and gas appliances safely at home; never play with fire or open the door to strangers; call 119 in case of fire.

10. Remain vigilant against potential safety hazards or unstable situations nearby; report any suspicious activity immediately.
