2025年秋季開學，人教版八年級語文教材將新增課文——《天上有顆“南仁東星”》。南仁東是我國著名的天文學家，也是“中國天眼”（FAST）首席科學家兼總工程師。國際天文學聯(lián)合會將一顆小行星命名為“南仁東星。2017年，南仁東與世長辭，享年72歲。
