8月23日晚，海南省三亞市旅游和文化廣電體育局發(fā)布消息，受臺風天氣影響，為確保市民游客安全，全市各旅游景區(qū)、體育館、圖書館、博物館、群藝館等場所已于當日20時前全面暫停營業(yè)。

Sanya's culture and tourism authority ordered a full suspension of operations at all tourist sites on Saturday, and sports venues and cultural facilities were closed by 8 pm that day due to typhoon impacts.

今年第13號臺風“劍魚”（強熱帶風暴級），8月23日17時中心位于三亞市偏東方向約550公里的海面上，預計將于24日下午到傍晚在三亞登陸（強臺風級），之后趨向越南中北部沿海。

Typhoon Kajiki, the 13th typhoon of this year (severe tropical storm intensity), was located about 550 kilometers east of Sanya as of 5 pm Saturday. It is expected to make landfall in Sanya from Sunday afternoon to evening (as a severe typhoon) before moving toward the central and northern coastal areas of Vietnam.

三亞市防災減災救災和安全生產(chǎn)委員會決定于8月23日18時將防汛防風Ⅲ級應急響應提升至防汛防風Ⅱ級應急響應。

三亞市氣象臺8月23日20時15分變更臺風黃色預警信號為臺風橙色預警信號：未來24小時，三亞市沿海和陸地風力將逐漸增大，平均風力將達10-11級，陣風12-14級，并伴有強降水和強雷電，請有關(guān)單位和人員繼續(xù)做好防范工作，建議各級各類學校停課。

Sanya issued an orange alert for typhoon at 20:15 Saturday, forecasting force 10-11 winds with gusts of up to 12-14 and heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours. The local meteorological observatory upgraded the typhoon warning from yellow to orange, predicting average winds of force 10-11 and gusts of 12-14 in coastal and land areas, accompanied by heavy precipitation and strong thunderstorms. School closures were recommended.

據(jù)三亞鳳凰國際機場消息，8月24日10時起，三亞機場暫停航班起降，后續(xù)航班取消。

Sanya Phoenix International Airport suspended all flights from 10 am Sunday due to the typhoon.

農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部、中國氣象局8月23日聯(lián)合發(fā)布農(nóng)田漬澇害和風災風險提示：預計8月23日夜間至25日，受臺風“劍魚”影響，廣東西南部、廣西南部和海南島有大到暴雨，其中海南島部分地區(qū)、廣西南部沿海有大暴雨，海南島中南部局地特大暴雨。

the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and China Meteorological Administration issued a risk advisory for farmlands in South China, warning of heavy rainfall from Saturday to Monday in coastal regions.

廣東沿海、廣西沿海、海南島將有6至8級大風，南海中北部部分海域、海南島沿海及近海、北部灣中南部海域風力有9至10級，臺風中心經(jīng)過的附近海域或地區(qū)風力可達11至14級、陣風15至16級。

Gales packing force 6-8 winds are expected to lash the coastal areas of Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan Island, while force 9-10 winds will batter parts of the central and northern South China Sea, the coastal and adjacent waters of Hainan Island, and the central and southern Beibu Gulf. The strongest winds near the typhoon's eye could reach force 11-14 with gusts of up to force 15-16.
