9月13日晚，上海的天又“漏”了。19時(shí)，浦東、黃浦部分站點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)小時(shí)雨量82.3mm和91.7mm的短時(shí)特大暴雨。受暴雨影響，上海多地出現(xiàn)明顯積水，相關(guān)部門緊急出動(dòng)開展排水工作。
