9月25日，市十六屆人大常委會第24次會議表決通過了關(guān)于修改《上海市老年人權(quán)益保障條例》的決定，條例新增“陪護(hù)假”內(nèi)容：老年人患病住院治療期間，其贍養(yǎng)人可享受每年累計不超過五個工作日的帶薪陪護(hù)假，若為獨生子女還能再多兩天！
