適逢廣州畫廊成立十周年重要時(shí)刻，我們榮幸宣布：巴黎A2Z畫廊創(chuàng)始人李子薇女士正式以合伙人兼運(yùn)營(yíng)總監(jiān)身份加入廣州畫廊，攜手廣州畫廊創(chuàng)始人胡向前、林敬新以及合伙人謝少亞，共同開啟藝術(shù)新篇章，以國(guó)際視野與本土實(shí)踐深度融合，共同推動(dòng)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)生態(tài)的多元化發(fā)展。

On the significant occasion of Canton Gallery’s tenth anniversary, we are honored to announce that Ms. Léa Ziwei Li, founder of A2Z Gallery in Paris, has officially joined Canton Gallery as a Partner and Operations Director. Together with the gallery’s founders Hu Xiangqian and Lin Jingxin, as well as partner Xie Shaoya, she will embark on a new chapter in the arts. By integrating international perspectives with local practices, they aim to jointly foster the diversified development of the contemporary art ecosystem.

這是一次回歸與出發(fā)的雙向奔赴，出生于廣州的李子薇女士，由珠江畔走向塞納河的藝術(shù)使者，如今載譽(yù)歸來(lái)，將以其獨(dú)到的國(guó)際視野與策展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為廣州畫廊注入全新活力。未來(lái)，她將統(tǒng)籌畫廊運(yùn)營(yíng)與戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展，鏈接本土與全球當(dāng)代藝術(shù)資源。

This collaboration represents both a homecoming and a new departure. Born in Guangzhou, Ms. Li has served as an artistic ambassador from the Pearl River to the Seine, and now returns with remarkable achievements. She will bring fresh energy to Canton Gallery with her unique international perspective and curatorial experience. Moving forward, she will oversee the gallery’s operations and strategic development, building bridges between local and global contemporary art resources.

A2Z畫廊的藝術(shù)家都發(fā)展出各自獨(dú)特的藝術(shù)表達(dá)形式，體現(xiàn)了全球化背景下的藝術(shù)多樣性和特殊性。從畫家、攝影師、雕塑家到影像藝術(shù)家或是行為藝術(shù)家，他們通過(guò)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的各種語(yǔ)言表達(dá)對(duì)生活和世界的感知。

在這個(gè)上下五層，共計(jì)300平方米的空間內(nèi)，A2Z畫廊支持這些國(guó)際藝術(shù)家，尤其是亞洲藝術(shù)家的創(chuàng)作。通過(guò)與一眾國(guó)際畫廊及藝術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)的合作，促進(jìn)中法藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域的交流，A2Z畫廊已成為開拓國(guó)際藝術(shù)前景與推介亞洲藝術(shù)家的最敏銳的參與者之一，并將在此道路上繼續(xù)下去。

Established in 2009 and located in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area of Paris, A2Z Art Gallery specialises in contemporary art, with a strong global emphasis on Chinese-French cultural exchange. Founders Ziwei and Anthony Phuong bring together diverse experiences of the Parisienne contemporary art scene. Working in the family framing business, Phuong Workshop, and studying the art market for several years, Anthony brings familiarity with key figures in the French art world, which is coupled with Ziwei’s art studies and years of experience working in French galleries. Their aim is to support an international selection of artists, with minimal interference, to express social and technological changes happening the world over.
