財聯(lián)社10月6日電，據(jù)克而瑞研究中心10月5日發(fā)布的報告顯示，2025年前三季度，房企融資仍然呈現(xiàn)收縮態(tài)勢。其中，第三季度融資1145億元，環(huán)比上升5%，但同比下降35%。克而瑞統(tǒng)計的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2025年前三季度，房企融資規(guī)模達3072億元，同比下降30%。其中第三季度融資1145億元，環(huán)比上升5%，但同比下降35%，處于歷史低位。多數(shù)民營房企，尤其是出險房企，融資難的問題依然突出。
