近日，有市民路過鹽南高新區(qū)伍佑街道境內(nèi)，發(fā)現(xiàn)有一村莊河道被水草覆蓋，河邊沒有明顯的河長責(zé)任制公示牌，不仔細(xì)看以為是小水溝，但是河里被人插上“養(yǎng)魚”的牌子，能看出來這條河道維護工作無人問津，轄區(qū)相關(guān)部門河道管理有漏洞？
