近日，因穿警服直播帶貨被行政拘留、賬號遭封禁的“嘎子”謝孟偉發(fā)視頻稱“我回來了”，并向所有觀眾誠懇道歉。視頻中，其透露公司員工已被安排回老家，后續(xù)將暫停直播帶貨。目前，嘎子謝孟偉快手賬號仍處封禁中，已掉粉6.3萬。

Actor Xie Mengwei, widely known as Gazi, has publicly apologized after being detained and having his social media account suspended for wearing a police uniform during a livestream sales event. In a recent video, he expressed regret and announced that his team members have been dismissed and live sales will be suspended.

此外，查詢企查查APP發(fā)現(xiàn)，近期，謝孟偉新增兩條被執(zhí)行人信息。其中，謝孟偉與妻子郭珊珊被湖南省邵陽市新邵縣人民法院執(zhí)行約210萬元，與郭珊珊、林某某、祖某某被北京市大興區(qū)人民法院恢復執(zhí)行500萬元。

此前，謝孟偉與祖某某被河南省濮陽市華龍區(qū)人民法院執(zhí)行約524萬元；謝孟偉因民間借貸糾紛被河南省鄭州市管城回族區(qū)人民法院執(zhí)行約171萬元，并被限制高消費。

Corporate records show that Xie and his wife, Guo Shanshan, have been listed as persons subject to enforcement in multiple cases. They face 2.1 million yuan in enforced payments in Hunan province and a resumed enforcement of 5 million yuan in Beijing. Previously, Xie has also been subjected to enforcement actions in Henan province over private loan disputes and has been prohibited from high consumption.

近日，遼寧的李先生在觀看“嘎子謝孟偉”的直播時發(fā)現(xiàn)，其身著人民警察制式服裝帶貨，于是向事發(fā)地所屬的云南警方報了警。

9月13日下午，“嘎子謝孟偉”通過其社交賬號，發(fā)布道歉聲明稱，其在社交平臺發(fā)布的視頻，有身著警服的畫面，這些服裝都是劇組拍攝專用戲服。他說：“（我）不應該穿著此類服裝分享相關(guān)視頻和直播，對此，我向人民警察報以真誠的道歉?！?/p>

9月17日，云南警方發(fā)布警情通報，稱“嘎子哥”演員謝某某（男，36歲，河北雄縣人）在拍攝電影休息期間，身著帶有明顯警用標志的服裝直播帶貨，造成不良社會影響，決定對其行政拘留7日。

The incident began when a viewer reported Xie's livestream, in which he wore an official police uniform to promote products. Although Xie later claimed the uniform was a movie prop, Yunnan police issued a statement on Sept 17, confirming his seven-day administrative detention for causing "negative social impact" by misusing police attire.
