夏天停車半小時(shí)，車內(nèi)就像“蒸籠”（實(shí)測(cè)能達(dá)60℃+），坐進(jìn)去燙屁股、方向盤燙手，開空調(diào)半小時(shí)都涼不下來。作為汽車領(lǐng)域博主，親測(cè)10種降溫方法后，整理出5個(gè)最實(shí)用的技巧，簡(jiǎn)單易操作，新手也能快速給車降溫！

一、停車時(shí)：做好這2件事，車內(nèi)少熱10℃

（一）選對(duì)停車位置，避開“暴曬區(qū)”

? 優(yōu)先停在樹蔭下、建筑物陰影里（陽光直射不到的地方，車內(nèi)溫度能低8-10℃）；

? 實(shí)在沒陰涼處，就“車頭朝東，車尾朝西”（夏天太陽從東邊升起、西邊落下，車尾玻璃面積小，被曬的熱量更少）；

? 別停在廣告牌、空調(diào)外機(jī)下方（可能滴污水、掉雜物，還擋不住陽光）。

（二）給車窗“留道縫”，熱空氣能跑掉

停車后，把主駕或副駕車窗降1-2厘米（別降太多，怕進(jìn)灰塵或被偷），讓車內(nèi)熱空氣能通過縫隙排出，避免熱氣在車內(nèi)“悶著”。實(shí)測(cè)：留縫的車，暴曬1小時(shí)后車內(nèi)溫度比全關(guān)窗低5-6℃，而且沒那么悶。

二、上車后：3步快速降溫，比開空調(diào)快10倍

（一）先“開門通風(fēng)”，放走熱氣

上車別急著關(guān)門開空調(diào)，先打開主駕車門，再反復(fù)開關(guān)副駕車門5-6次（像“扇風(fēng)”一樣），利用空氣對(duì)流把車內(nèi)熱空氣排出去，1分鐘就能讓溫度降5℃。

（二）開空調(diào)前，先開“外循環(huán)+最大風(fēng)量”

關(guān)上車門后，把空調(diào)調(diào)到“外循環(huán)”（別開AC制冷），風(fēng)量開到最大，讓車外相對(duì)涼爽的空氣進(jìn)入車內(nèi)，再持續(xù)1分鐘，進(jìn)一步排走殘留熱氣。

（三）最后開AC制冷，溫度調(diào)“24℃+向上吹”

? 切換到“內(nèi)循環(huán)+AC制冷”，溫度設(shè)24-26℃（太低容易感冒，還費(fèi)油），出風(fēng)口調(diào)至“向上吹”（冷空氣會(huì)下沉，能更快充滿全車）；

? 同時(shí)打開后窗除霧鍵（讓后窗降下1厘米，加速熱氣排出），5分鐘內(nèi)車內(nèi)溫度就能降到舒適范圍。

三、實(shí)用工具：這2樣比“遮陽擋”更管用

（一）“遮陽簾”選對(duì)款，防曬又便宜

? 別買那種覆蓋整個(gè)前擋的大遮陽擋（收起來占地方，新手還不好安裝），選“折疊式側(cè)窗遮陽簾”（10元/個(gè)），貼在前后排側(cè)窗，能擋住90%的陽光直射，還不影響看后視鏡；

? 后窗可以掛“網(wǎng)紗遮陽擋”（不擋視線，還能保護(hù)后排小孩不被曬）。

（二）“降溫噴霧”別亂買，選對(duì)才有用

? 買“水基型降溫噴霧”（成分是乙醇+水，安全不傷人），距離座椅、方向盤20厘米噴幾下，30秒就能降溫（注意別噴在電子設(shè)備上，怕進(jìn)水）；

? 避開“化學(xué)降溫噴霧”（可能含易燃成分，暴曬后有安全隱患）。

四、長(zhǎng)期防護(hù)：給車“穿層衣”，減少吸熱

（一）貼“隔熱膜”，選對(duì)參數(shù)更重要

? 前擋膜選“透光率70%以上”（保證視線清晰）、“隔熱率50%以上”的（能擋住一半紫外線和熱量）；

? 側(cè)后擋膜別選太深的（透光率低于20%，晚上開車看不清后視鏡，不安全），選“深灰色+高隔熱”的就行，性價(jià)比高。

（二）方向盤套、座椅套選“透氣款”

? 夏天別用皮質(zhì)方向盤套（暴曬后燙得沒法碰），換“冰絲套”（清涼不吸熱，20-30元一個(gè)）；

? 座椅套選“亞麻或冰絲材質(zhì)”，比皮質(zhì)座椅溫度低10℃以上，還透氣不悶汗。
