并吊銷診療科目醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)科
從上面的處罰截圖中可以看到，該醫(yī)院的違法行為是“診療活動(dòng)超出登記范圍、任用非衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員從事醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生技術(shù)工作”。
這違反了《醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)管理?xiàng)l例》第四十六條、第四十七條的相關(guān)規(guī)定，故做出上述處罰。
