榆林有著悠久的羊養(yǎng)殖歷史。這里出產(chǎn)的羊肉肉質(zhì)鮮嫩，香味濃郁。不僅是餐桌上的美味，也串起了一條“羊”氣十足的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。截至去年，全市羊飼養(yǎng)量達(dá)到975.2萬只，羊肉產(chǎn)量達(dá)6.8萬噸，滿足本地市場供應(yīng)的同時，近三成的羊肉產(chǎn)品也銷往全國多地。
