導(dǎo)師：丁雪潔教授（Prof. Xuejie Ding）
丁雪潔教授是香港大學(xué)社會工作與社會行政學(xué)系助理教授（終身教職軌），于牛津大學(xué)社會學(xué)系獲博士學(xué)位（DPhil in Sociology），研究領(lǐng)域涵蓋健康不平等、工作與家庭、生命歷程與社會基因組學(xué)（sociogenomics）。她的研究聚焦于理解社會環(huán)境與生物過程如何交織作用、塑造不同人生階段的健康與福祉。
丁教授的工作發(fā)表于Nature Human Behaviour、Social Science & Medicine、Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America 等國際頂級期刊。
Prof. Xuejie Dingis anAssistant Professor (tenure-track)at HKU and holds aDPhil (PhD) in Sociology from the University of Oxford. Her research examineshealth inequalities, work and family dynamics, and sociogenomics, exploring how social and biological processes interact across the life course. Her work has appeared in
Nature Human Behaviour
Social Science & Medicine, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, etc.

博士生的研究計劃可圍繞以下主題展開（但不限于）：
Prospective PhD students may develop projects related to (but not limited to):
?工作時間安排與24/7社會中的健康
（working-time arrangements and health in 24/7 societies）
?健康不平等與社會分層
（biosocial determinants and health inequalities）
? 社會基因組學(xué)與生命歷程健康差異
（ sociogenomics and life-course health disparities ）
學(xué)生將獲得跨學(xué)科的研究指導(dǎo)，并有機會在國際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中開展創(chuàng)新研究。
Students will receive interdisciplinary training and work within an international collaborative research environment.

申請條件（Qualifications）
申請人需英文流利，具備（任一）社會工作、社會學(xué)、人口學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域背景，擁有扎實的定量研究能力。熟練使用統(tǒng)計軟件（如Stata、R或Python）者優(yōu)先。
Applicants should have a strong quantitative background in social work, sociology, demography, public health, or related fields. Experience with statistical software (Stata, R, or Python) is an asset.
