《科創(chuàng)板日報(bào)》28日訊，國家信息光電子創(chuàng)新中心本月中旬發(fā)布首套全國產(chǎn)化12寸硅光全流程套件。據(jù)介紹，該套件能幫助相關(guān)上下游企業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)“設(shè)計(jì)即測試、測試完成即封裝”，大幅縮短研發(fā)周期，降低制造成本。目前套件性能已達(dá)量產(chǎn)要求，正支撐龍頭企業(yè)試產(chǎn)高速硅光芯片。 (湖北日報(bào))
