財(cái)聯(lián)社8月2日電，據(jù)上海防汛，預(yù)計(jì)未來12小時(shí)內(nèi)，全市將出現(xiàn)一小時(shí)雨量35毫米以上的短時(shí)強(qiáng)降水天氣，上海中心氣象臺已于08月02日14時(shí)40分發(fā)布暴雨藍(lán)色預(yù)警信號。市防汛指揮部決定同步啟動(dòng)全市防汛防臺Ⅳ級響應(yīng)行動(dòng)。
