9月23日受臺風(fēng)“樺加沙”影響，臺灣花蓮縣堰塞湖發(fā)生溢流導(dǎo)致多人傷亡。
災(zāi)后第3天仍無救援，老百姓在廢墟中艱難自救。然而在勘災(zāi)現(xiàn)場，藍綠陣營仍在互嗆“甩鍋”。
“館長”陳之漢對此痛心掩面，他還宣布捐出現(xiàn)金100萬元（新臺幣）以及物資200萬元（新臺幣）。
