（一）周度成交情況
2025年第39周（09.22-09.28），北京商品房成交上升，商品房銷售面積為23.82萬㎡，環(huán)比上升；87.9%成交套數(shù)為2369套，環(huán)比上升33.02%。
其中，商品住宅成交面積16.54萬㎡，環(huán)比上升100.79%；成交套數(shù)為1259套，環(huán)比上升97.96%。
