肺開竅于鼻，與秋氣相通應(yīng)，秋季氣候干燥，鼻出血是秋季常見(jiàn)的病癥之一。根據(jù)“急則治其標(biāo)”的原則，針對(duì)正在鼻出血的情況，可以采取壓迫、冷敷等方法快速止血；對(duì)于反復(fù)發(fā)作者，日常也可按揉迎香、上星、印堂、合谷等腧穴，調(diào)整臟腑、經(jīng)絡(luò)虛實(shí)，“緩則治其本”，預(yù)防鼻出血。
