胡賀波，男，漢族，1972年5月生，湖南華容籍貫，研究生文憑，管理學博士學位，1992年11月正式加入中國共產(chǎn)黨，1994年6月開始參與工作。

現(xiàn)擔任湖南省湘潭市委書記職務，省韶山管理局黨委書記（兼任），湘潭軍分區(qū)黨委第一書記。
