8月1日，叢臺(tái)區(qū)人民政府發(fā)布征收土地預(yù)公告，擬征收黃粱夢(mèng)鎮(zhèn)西耒馬臺(tái)村、西三家村、兼莊鄉(xiāng)東耒馬臺(tái)一街村、東耒馬臺(tái)四街村共計(jì)8.6498公頃（約130畝）土地，分別用于城鎮(zhèn)住宅、城鎮(zhèn)村道路用地、公園與綠地用地建設(shè)。其中城鎮(zhèn)住宅用地7.4624公頃（約112畝），城鎮(zhèn)村道路用地、公園與綠地用地1.1874公頃（約18畝）。
