Using texture and warmth to create a haven for the mobile workplace, the design of Cosan’s Brasilia office is both a visual interpretation of the company’s identity by mw.arq Studio and a delicate response to users who frequently travel between cities.

用肌理與溫度，為流動(dòng)的職場(chǎng)筑就停泊之所 ——Cosan 巴西利亞辦公室的設(shè)計(jì)，既是 mw.arq 工作室對(duì)企業(yè)身份的視覺轉(zhuǎn)譯，更是對(duì) “頻繁穿梭于城市間” 使用者的細(xì)膩回應(yīng)。

Located in Plano Piloto, adjacent to the Monumental Axis, this 380-square-meter space inherits the visual language and quality standards of Cosan Group's S?o Paulo office, yet develops a unique functional narrative driven by its core principle of "itinerant use." Employees arriving early in the morning from Rio de Janeiro can stow their suitcases in a dedicated storage area and unload their laptops at shared workstations with personal lockers. In the afternoon, cross-city meetings with S?o Paulo headquarters take place in a specially acoustically treated conference room, where the walls and ceiling subtly dampen reverberation, leaving only clear dialogue. During a coffee break, while leaning against the leather-upholstered bar, one gazes up at a corner where greenery entwines natural wood shelving. The cool, smooth Piges marble countertops contrast with the warm wood texture, complemented by the brand's signature blue-green color scheme, instantly diluting the space's sense of isolation.

這座坐落于普拉諾皮洛托、毗鄰紀(jì)念軸的 380㎡空間，延續(xù)了 Cosan 集團(tuán)在圣保羅辦公室的視覺語言與品質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，卻因 “itinerant use”（流動(dòng)使用）的核心需求，生長(zhǎng)出獨(dú)特的功能敘事。清晨從里約熱內(nèi)盧飛來的員工，剛踏入辦公室便能將行李箱存入專屬儲(chǔ)物區(qū)，轉(zhuǎn)身在帶個(gè)人儲(chǔ)物柜的共享工位卸下電腦；午后與圣保羅總部的跨城會(huì)議，在經(jīng)過特殊聲學(xué)處理的會(huì)議室里展開，墻面與天花板悄悄消解了聲波的 reverberation（回響），只留下清晰的對(duì)話；茶歇時(shí)倚著皮革飾面的吧臺(tái)，抬眼便見角落的綠植纏繞著天然木架，皮格斯大理石臺(tái)面的冷潤(rùn)與木質(zhì)的暖肌理相撞，再配上品牌標(biāo)志性的藍(lán)綠配色，瞬間稀釋了商務(wù)空間的疏離感。

The ingenuity of the design lies in every user-friendly detail. Sound-absorbing lamps in the staff area act like soft "sound wave catchers," transforming the sounds of keyboards and whispers into a gentle background, fostering a balance between concentration and relaxation. The landscaping design isn't simply a decorative touch; it flows seamlessly through the space, creating a natural buffer zone between meeting and work areas, allowing the eye to briefly escape the fatigue of screen time as it passes through the greenery. The choice of high-quality materials, such as the delicate texture of leather, the grain of natural wood, and the warmth of Pigs marble, not only conveys elegance but also offers a quiet comfort to those on the go. Even as they travel from city to city, the touch of familiar materials and the sight of the familiar blue-green color bring a sense of belonging to Cosan.

設(shè)計(jì)的巧思，藏在每一處 “為使用者著想” 的細(xì)節(jié)里。員工區(qū)的吸聲燈具，像一個(gè)個(gè)柔軟的聲波 “捕手”，把鍵盤敲擊聲、輕聲交談聲揉成溫和的背景音，讓專注與放松在此平衡；景觀設(shè)計(jì)并非簡(jiǎn)單點(diǎn)綴，而是順著空間動(dòng)線鋪陳，在會(huì)議區(qū)與工作區(qū)之間筑起一道 “自然緩沖帶”，讓目光掠過綠植時(shí)，能短暫脫離屏幕的疲憊。皮革的細(xì)膩、天然木的紋理、皮格斯大理石的溫潤(rùn)，這些高質(zhì)感材質(zhì)的選擇，不僅是 “雅致” 的具象表達(dá)，更像是對(duì)奔波者的無聲慰藉 —— 即便每日穿梭于不同城市，也能在觸摸到熟悉的材質(zhì)、看到熟悉的藍(lán)綠色時(shí)，感受到 “屬于 Cosan” 的歸屬感。

From S?o Paulo to Brasilia, a similar visual language anchors the group's identity, while differentiated functional design respects the needs of teams in different cities. mw.arq Studios eschewed standardized, replicated spaces, instead creating a symbiosis of functionality and emotion: a place that serves as both a workplace for efficient collaboration and a temporary stopover for luggage and a place to soothe travel fatigue. As employees arrive with their luggage, clients relax and converse amidst the greenery, and cross-city meetings proceed smoothly within the tranquil space, Cosan's core brand values of refinement, practicality, and elegance are quietly integrated into the daily lives of every user through these moments.

從圣保羅到巴西利亞，相似的視覺語言是集團(tuán)身份的錨點(diǎn)，而差異化的功能設(shè)計(jì)，則是對(duì)不同城市團(tuán)隊(duì)需求的尊重。mw.arq 工作室沒有用 “標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化” 復(fù)制空間，而是讓 “功能” 與 “情感” 共生：這里既是高效協(xié)作的職場(chǎng)，也是能安放行李、舒緩旅途疲憊的 “臨時(shí)驛站”。當(dāng)員工帶著行李走進(jìn)來，當(dāng)客戶在綠植旁放松交談，當(dāng)跨城會(huì)議在安靜的空間里順暢推進(jìn)，Cosan“精致、實(shí)用、優(yōu)雅” 的品牌內(nèi)核，便通過這些場(chǎng)景，悄悄融入了每一個(gè)使用者的日常。

The collaborative network behind the project further solidified this sense of warmth: Sum Engenharia's construction ensured precise design details, Molen Planten's landscaping imbued the space with a natural atmosphere, and furniture from brands like Herman Miller and Cavaletti complemented the space's functionality and aesthetics. Ultimately, this office is no longer a cold "work container," but rather a vehicle for Cosan Group's humanistic spirit—a space that understands both the hustle and bustle of the workplace and the elegance that a business space should possess. Designed for "mobile work," it creates a warm haven.

項(xiàng)目背后的協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)，更讓這份 “溫度” 有了落地的支撐：Sum Engenharia 的施工讓設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)精準(zhǔn)呈現(xiàn)，Molen Planten 的景觀設(shè)計(jì)賦予空間自然氣息，Herman Miller、Cavaletti 等品牌的家具則為功能與美學(xué)畫上句點(diǎn)。最終，這座辦公室不再是冰冷的 “辦公容器”，而是 Cosan 集團(tuán)人文精神的載體 —— 它懂職場(chǎng)人的奔波，也懂商務(wù)空間該有的雅致，用設(shè)計(jì)為 “流動(dòng)的工作”，筑就了一處有溫度的停泊地。
