綜合洛杉磯時報、英國廣播公司（BBC）等外媒報道，23日，美國國土安全部官方X賬號發(fā)布了一段宣傳視頻，視頻結合知名動畫片《寶可夢》（Pokémon）的片段和主題曲，將美國移民和海關執(zhí)法局（ICE）逮捕非法移民的行動比作“抓寶可夢”，并配文“必須把他們全抓到”（Gotta Catch 'Em All）。

The US Department of Homeland Security uploaded a Pokémon-themed montage of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids to social media earlier this week. The connection to the franchise was clear, as the recognizable theme song played, the original animation appeared and its signature blue and yellow text materialized.

《寶可夢》版權方寶可夢國際公司24日表示，并未授權美國政府在其移民執(zhí)法視頻中使用其主題曲及其他影像資料。

該公司在給BBC的聲明中指出：“本公司未參與該內容的制作或傳播，也未授權對方使用我們的知識產權。”

Pokémon has said it did not give permission for the use of its theme song and other footage to be used in an ICE deportation raid video posted by the US government.

"Our company was not involved in the creation or distribution of this content, and permission was not granted for the use of our intellectual property," Pokémon Company International said in a statement to the BBC.

但 截至26日下午13時 ，這條視頻仍在美國國土安全部X賬號上。

The Pokémon-inspired video remains on the agency's X account.

引發(fā)爭議的視頻說了什么？

這些抓捕場景搭配《寶可夢》角色拋出精靈球“抓寶可夢”的畫面和配樂，其中一幕還用《寶可夢》特色字體書寫國土安全部（Department of Homeland Security）機構名稱。

視頻還將被捕的非法移民的照片及罪名做成了動畫中的“寶可夢卡牌”形式， 并在左下角標注“弱點為冰屬性”（暗指美國移民和海關執(zhí)法局ICE的縮寫）。

The posted video included the anime theme song, with the lyrics "Gotta catch 'em all," playing over segments of federal agents handcuffing people and imagery of a Pokémon character and the Pokéballs used to capture monsters in the game.

It concluded with several mock-ups of Pokémon playing cards with photographs of detainees, which included their full names, crimes they have committed and details about their convictions and sentencing.

Both cards have a snowflake symbol – apparently representing ICE – to indicate their weakness.

任天堂看著這一切，心里非常清楚自己根本沒有那個實力去起訴國土安全部。

“侵權慣犯”？

好萊塢記者報、洛杉磯時報指出，美國國土安全部已非首次因使用未經授權的素材而引發(fā)爭議。

今年七月，其X賬號發(fā)布的混剪視頻中曾擅自使用2022年電影《新蝙蝠俠》的音頻片段，并在畫面中顯示了一段《圣經》經文。該機構還曾使用過多位藝術家的畫作。

In July, Homeland Security's X account posted a video montage, which used audio from 2022's "The Batman" and displayed a Bible verse onscreen. Paintings, from artists such as Thomas Kinkade, Morgan Weistling and John Gast have also been used by the federal agency.
