由國家科學(xué)技術(shù)部（外專局）與深圳市人民政府共同舉辦的第二十一屆中國國際人才交流大會不久前圓滿落幕。

第二十一屆中國國際人才交流大會

在中英專業(yè)化創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)暨國際職業(yè)教育分論壇上，寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)（以下簡稱“寧諾”）與中國國際人才交流基金會（以下簡稱“基金會”）正式啟功了“國際雙碳工程師（城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域）認證項目”。

寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)副校長、理工學(xué)院院長吳韜應(yīng)邀在論壇上分享了寧諾在“雙碳”國際專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方面的創(chuàng)新實踐和經(jīng)驗，介紹了學(xué)校與基金會及其他城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)單位在“國際雙碳工程師”知識體系方面開展的課題研究與共建情況。

此前寧諾與基金會簽署了戰(zhàn)略合作意向書，雙方利用寧諾優(yōu)質(zhì)的國際教育資源、在綠色低碳領(lǐng)域富有經(jīng)驗的師資團隊，及基金會在引進國外先進知識體系、構(gòu)建多國別科技合作和專業(yè)人才交流平臺等方面的優(yōu)勢，在開發(fā)“國際雙碳工程師（城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域）”等綠色低碳領(lǐng)域的職業(yè)技能認證體系、開展國際化專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)、拓展外國專家聘請渠道、合作開展課題研究、共建“一帶一路”等方面進行長期合作。這次“國際雙碳工程師（城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域）認證項目”正式啟動，是雙方戰(zhàn)略合作的重要進展。

其實早在2021年，寧諾就與基金會開啟了在“雙碳”領(lǐng)域的密切合作。在寧諾商務(wù)拓展部牽頭下，雙方共同組織了“國際化雙碳人才職業(yè)能力提升”研修班。寧諾建筑專業(yè)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專家講師圍繞中國的可持續(xù)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型、建筑領(lǐng)域碳達峰、碳中和行動方案、建筑與城市能源大數(shù)據(jù)的信息挖掘與優(yōu)化及城市環(huán)境治理四個主題，分享了學(xué)校走在國際前沿的“雙碳”理論知識、實用技術(shù)及實踐案例。

這是中國城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的首個試點研修班，吸引了來自全國各地的500余名學(xué)員參與，加強了城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域“雙碳”人才隊伍建設(shè)，提高了建筑行業(yè)的國際化專業(yè)化水平。

作為中國第一所中外合作大學(xué)和國際化高等教育創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，寧諾積極保持著與政府、企業(yè)、協(xié)會多方的合作交流，通過科教融合、產(chǎn)教融合、學(xué)科交叉融合以及信息技術(shù)實現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源集成共享，從打造 “雙碳”專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案、引進國際化師資隊伍、定制開發(fā)專業(yè)教材、分享創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗和實踐案例等多個方面推動“雙碳”人才培養(yǎng)和資源集成，助力國家“雙碳”目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。

UNNC to empower carbon peaking and carbon neutrality international professional talents

The Ministry of Science and Technology (State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government successfully held the 21st Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (hereinafter referred to as “CIEP”). The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (“UNNC”) and China International Talent Exchange Foundation ("CITEF") officially launched the "International Engineer Programme on Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality (in Urban and Rural Development)" at the China-UK Professional Innovative Talent Training and International Vocational Education sub-forum of CIEP.

Professor Tao Wu, Vice Provost of UNNC and Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering, was invited to share the innovative practice and experience in the cultivation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality international professional talents at the forum, and introduced the co-developed “International Engineer Programme on Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality" training framework initiated by UNNC, CTIEF and other relevant units in the field of urban and rural construction.

Earlier, UNNC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CITEF. The two sides will make full use of their respective advantages by relying on UNNC’s high-quality education resources, experienced teaching resources in the field of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, as well as the CITEF’s advantages in managing international accreditation programmes, developing multi-country scientific and technological cooperation and expanding professional talent exchange platforms. The two sides will carry out long-term cooperation in developing professional skills certification systems for the "International Engineer Programme on Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality (in Urban and Rural Development)". The official launch of the "International Engineer Programme on Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality (in Urban and Rural Development)" is an important progress in the strategic cooperation between the two sides.

In fact, as early as 2021, UNNC has started close cooperation with CITEF in the field of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Under the leadership of the Business Development Office (BDO) of UNNC, the two sides jointly organised the “International Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Talent Professional Capability Development Training Programme”. Experts and lecturers from Department of Architecture and Built Environment, Faculty of Science and Engineering, UNNC, shared theoretical knowledge, practical technologies and upfront case studies on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, focusing on four topics: China's sustainable development transformation, carbon peaking in architecture, a carbon neutralising action programme, information mining and the optimisation of building and urban energy big data and urban environmental governance. As the first Carbon Neutrality Talent Training in China, this training attracted more than 500 participants from all over the country. The programme enhanced the professional development of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality talents in urban and rural development and expanded the internationalisation literacy of staff engaged in the construction industry.

As the first Sino-foreign university in China and the leader in international higher education, UNNC proactively maintains cooperation and exchanges with government, enterprises and associations, achieving resource sharing through the integration of engineering education, production and research. To sum it up, it promotes the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality talent training and resource integration and achieves the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal from many angles, such as initiating carbon peaking and carbon neutrality professional talent training programme, utilising international teaching resources, customising and developing professional teaching materials, sharing innovative experience and practical cases, and ultimately and most importantly, assisting China to achieve its carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
